The Parc 55 Hotel reservations for Sean’s and Sarah’s wedding (at $149.00) have been sold out. However, the Hilton Hotel (which is literally next door to the Parc 55), has rooms available for booking.
Hilton’s room block rate is only $99.00. Reservations may be made via telephone by calling Hilton Reservations Worldwide at 1-800-HILTONS, and asking for the Conroy-Dey Wedding Room Block rate or mentioning the group code (WDC). Guest can also call the Hilton Bay Area Regional Reservations desk at 415-771-1400, and choosing option ‘1’ for ‘Reservations’ from the voice menu.
Online reservations may also be made by following these easy steps:
- Go to www.sanfrancisco.hilton.com.
- Type in the desired dates (between July 20-27, 2011) on the right hand side of the screen in the ‘Check Availability’ tab, then click ‘Go’.
- Choose your arrival/departure dates and bedding preferences.
- Under the ‘Special Accounts’ section, guests can enter the group code in the box next to ‘Group/Convention Code’.
- Continue through the reservation process of seeing the guestroom rate and booking the room.
