She’s a socialite from San Francisco while he’s an intellectual nerd from Walnut Creek. Although outwardly different, Sean and Sarah complement one another perfectly.

It was the summer of 2009 that brought them back together.
While Sean was back home taking a small vacation from his studies at UCSD in San Diego (as a biomedical engineering), he took a chance and gave Sarah a call…

His old friend from metal arts, was delighted to hear from him. Sean proceeded to let Sarah know he was back in the area for the summer and wanted to know if she would be interested in hanging out! One thing led to another. The rest, as they say, is history.

Their friendship quickly turned to flirtation as the tech savvy Sean wooed Sarah with his gallant charm.

The sweet couple have known each other for about 6 years both Sean and Sarah feel so lucky to be marrying their best friend. Although the distance between San Francisco and San Diego has made the couple get creative with their relationship due to distance they had fun keeping in touch with frequently phone calls, text messaging and date nights via Skype.

Sean knew that Sarah was the woman he wanted to spend forever with.

He knew he had to propose but desired first to receive the blessings of her parents. Sarah’s mother and father were both more than happy to oblige and sent Sean off with their blessings.

Sean spent the next few weeks writing a computer code to create an interactive game for Sarah. Sarah had just got in bed after a long day at work, but Sean had requested she try out a new game he was working on. She started to play the game with peaked curiosity as she has a very inquisitive mind. Little did she know, Sean’s game was a secret proposal in disguise, which lead to the question of their lives. As she played the game with no idea of what was about to come she knew that the game could only be played by her as the questions and answers were of thing only sentimental or sacred to them.
